Hi, I’m Kev.
If you’re on this page, you’ve probably already worked out that I’m not a faceless call centre,
a franchise badge, or someone hiding behind jargon and certificates.
I’m a real locksmith based in Cramlington, Northumberland, turning up in real homes,
businesses and job sites across NE23 and the wider North East — fixing real problems properly.
And yes, that’s actually me in the photo. No stock images. No “model locksmith”. Just Kev.
How I Actually Work
I’ve been around long enough to know the difference between:
- Genuine safety and fear-based sales
- Necessary repairs and invented problems
- Competence and paperwork pretending to be competence
When I attend a job, I work to a simple rule:
Fix what’s broken, explain what matters, and don’t invent problems that don’t exist.
If something needs doing, I’ll tell you straight. If it doesn’t, I’ll tell you that too —
even if it costs me work.
